What do we do ?
We are the first to use a LIVE FEED with our clients so they know what is happening with the investigation from minute to minute to help get the best result.
Most importantly clients are updated, but also it helps our surveillance officers to get a better result.
From time to time there are things that the client can inform us of habits that the subject does that we don’t know about.
Surveillance evidence
Most other companies will send you the evidence after a few days and will only release that evidence after you have paid the kilometer fees for the surveillance job, together with other fees.
Therefore you do not wait a week to get your evidence you get it as it happens.
What happens during a job ?
When we work on your job we communicate during the surveillance, so you get the video and photo evidence as a live feed.
all video and photos have a time and date so you can use then for court evidence.
At the end of the day we talk about the job and the evidence gathered and plan for the next day.
We like to get as much video as possible to capture body language as this can tell a story.
On most jobs we use minimum two vehicles with two to three surveillance officers to get the best results.
Using only one vehicle does not get you the best result, because following another vehicle is extremely difficult, its very easy to loose a subject because of a red light or a truck getting in your way.
Their are many reasons you can loos a subject but if you have two or three vehicles it lessens the chance of loosing a subject because of traffic conditions.
